I? I see my self holding a pair of thick, woolen socks.

This week is that special time of the year when we get to take midterms! Yippee! My prayers! They have been answered! And here I was, foolish enough to believe that you didn't get midterms until high school. Silly, silly girl.

This is my outfit from today, which made me feel a bit better about all of this stupid testing.

These were the same clip-on earrings that I found in my mom's jewelry box yesterday. I wore them because they made me feel a lot like Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, because she had ones very similar. However, do to my moronic nature, I lost one earring somewhere between lunch and sixth period. I must've wandered around looking like a pirate for about an hour before someone cared to inform me that I was missing one. I mean, I wouldn't have minded looking like a pirate so much if I had done it intentionally, but by accident? Just embarrassing.

Now, I plan to make the lone earring into a clip of some sort, to prepare for my haircut tomorrow.

So, my outfit. I was just really inspired by the rebellious biker-like Ferragamo boots, and it just kind-of worked up from there. Somehow, I ended up looking like a preppy schoolgirl with some boots she borrowed from her older, less conservative, sister. Th boots are so motercycle-y, which I love in moderation. I adore the long blouse-dress thing, (FP) and I just tucked the sleeves up over the moderately form-fitting sweater (Kaufman Franco) and added tights. Simple as pie, sweetheart.

J'adore the boots. AH! I sound so French. That is my life's ambition, you know, to be French. Then, why, may you ask, am I currently taking Spanish in school? the only logical answer I can think of is, because in sixth grade, when we chose, I was a dingbat. Perhaps, if I had chosen French, I would actually enjoy learning another language.

Well, I have to go, as I'm getting more and more worked up over my haircut tomorrow. SOOO EXCITED:@

  1. You lost my earring and all you can think about is looking like a pirate????Lucky for you I am the mellow laid back type who doesn't give a rat's a__(double scribble) about little things like that. Let's not make a habit of it, though or your mama may turn in to a raging mo-mo. Tootles for now, loved the blog tonight.
